Return policy

 

Rules regarding the return of products.

 

In accordance with GEO 34/2014, if you are not satisfied with the product you received, you have the possibility to return it within 14 calendar days of receipt, without penalties and without having to cite a reason. The only cost you will have to bear is the shipping fee for returning the package.

 

If you have decided to return an order in full, it is necessary to notify us of your intention to return within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery of the ordered product(s) by sending an e-mail to the address info@shoplumanari.ro, indicating your intention your unequivocal right to withdraw from the distance contract concluded with LEMO FUN.

 

It is preferable that the return is made in its original packaging. In the case of returning the product in a different packaging than the one in which the product was delivered, the return will be accepted if the product shows no signs of wear, is not damaged, has all the tags attached and is complete – including accessories, warranty certificate, user manual instructions, etc.

All returns will be sent to the address s tr. On Hill 251, Crevedia Mica village, Crevedia Mare commune, Giurgiu county, 087061 . Thus, returns sent to the address of the registered office of the LEMOFUN company will not be accepted, the operational headquarters where the products can be processed being the aforementioned address.

 

For reasons of hygiene and the protection of the health of our CUSTOMERS, as well as due to the impossibility of reselling certain products as "new", products opened or removed by unsealing their original packaging are not returned. For clarification, as long as the products are not unsealed or opened or can be resold as new, and their integrity is not affected as a result of the use or use of the products by the CUSTOMER, the right of return is ensured.

 

In order for LEMO FUN to refund the value of the returned product, you must submit a bank account (IBAN) to which we will transfer the amount paid when placing the order. In any case, LEMO FUN will return to the indicated IBAN account the amount exactly paid for the ordered product/products. An exception to the payment of any transfer fee is the situation in which the CLIENT expressly requests that LEMO FUN perform the reimbursement in a certain currency or in a foreign account. In this situation, LEMO FUN, in relation to the agreed Bank, can refuse the transfer of the amount, and in the event of acceptance of the transfer, the related fee(s) will be paid by the CLIENT.

 

We will refund the value of the returned product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment your return arrives at our warehouse. The refund of the amounts paid will be made by bank transfer, even if the payment was paid in cash (cash to the courier who delivered the package).

 

If you paid for the product online, by bank card, we will refund the amount related to the returned product to the same bank account from which you made the payment or, in any case, through the same payment method as the one you used for the initial transaction, from which we can withdraw to the extent you agree, the transport fee for the return of the package.

 

LEMO FUN has the right to refuse the return in the following situations:

  • In case of replacement of the purchased product with another product with different specifications or of a different type;
  • If the return request exceeds the 14 working day period provided for above;
  • If a product is returned that is not in the same condition in which it was delivered, i.e. with all labels intact together with all the documents that accompanied the returned product(s);
  • If products have been returned that cannot be resold as "new" considering that they have been unsealed or opened from their original packaging and thus become perishable from the date of opening and may endanger the physical integrity of other CUSTOMERS in the event of the resale of these products (this is the case of edible products or personal hygiene products as well as alcoholic beverages).

The following products will not be accepted for return, depending on their existence on the website at a given time (the list is not exhaustive):

  • Product or packaging identification labels are damaged or missing;
  • Products that show signs of wear and can no longer be marketed as "new";
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer;
  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and which are specially marked or marked accordingly;
  • Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature and utility, inseparably mixed with other elements or substances (including contact with air, being the case of some body hygiene products).

 

If it is found that the conditions mentioned above are not met, the value of the returned products will not be paid by LEMO FUN TO THE CLIENT, and the package will be sent back to the CLIENT, who will also bear the costs of reshipping the product/products.
