Return policy

Product return rules.

In accordance with OUG 34/2014, if you are not satisfied with the product you received, you have the possibility to return it within 14 calendar days of receipt, without penalties and without having to give a reason. The only cost you will have to bear is the shipping fee for returning the package.

If you have decided to return an order in full, it is necessary to communicate your intention to return to us within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery of the ordered product(s) by sending an e-mail to info@shoplumanari.ro, stating your unequivocal intention to withdraw from the distance contract concluded with LEMO FUN.

It is preferable that the return be made in its original packaging. In the case of returning the product in a packaging other than the one in which the product was delivered, the return will be accepted if the product shows no signs of wear, is not damaged, has all labels attached and is complete – including accessories, warranty certificate, instruction manual, etc.


All returns will be sent to the address s tr. Principala 60-62, Crevedia Mica village, Crevedia Mare village, Giurgiu county, 087061. Thus, returns sent to the address of the registered office of the company LEMOFUN will not be accepted, the operational headquarters at which the products can be processed being the aforementioned address.

For reasons of hygiene and the protection of the health of our CUSTOMERS, as well as due to the impossibility of reselling certain products as "new", products opened or removed by unsealing their original packaging are not returned. For clarification, as long as the products are not unsealed or opened or can be resold as new, and their integrity is not affected as a result of the way the products are used or handled by the CUSTOMER, the right of return is assured.

Returns are not accepted for:
- Fragrance oils with unsealed containers.
- Wax of any type, if the bag has been unsealed.
- In principle, any product sold by LEMOFUN that has been unsealed or damaged

In order for LEMO FUN to refund the value of the returned product, it is necessary to send you a bank account (IBAN) into which we will transfer the amount paid when placing the order. In any case, LEMO FUN will refund to the indicated IBAN the amount paid exactly for the ordered product/products. An exception to the payment of any transfer fee is the situation in which the CUSTOMER expressly requests that LEMO FUN make the refund in a specific currency or to an account abroad. In this situation, LEMO FUN, in relation to the approved Bank, may refuse to transfer the amount, and in the event of accepting the transfer, the related commission/commissions will be paid by the CUSTOMER.

We will refund the value of the returned product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment your return arrives at our warehouse. The refund of the amounts paid will be made by bank transfer, even if the payment was made cash on delivery (cash to the courier who delivered the package).

If you paid for the product online, by bank card, we will refund the amount for the returned product to the same bank account from which you made the payment or in any case, through the same payment method as the one used by you for the initial transaction, from which the shipping fee for returning the package will be deducted.

LEMO FUN has the right to refuse the return in the following situations:

  • In the event of replacing the purchased product with another product with different specifications or of a different type;
  • If the return request exceeds the 14 working day period provided above;
  • If a product is returned that is not in the same condition in which it was delivered, namely with all labels intact along with all documents that accompanied the returned product(s);
  • In the event that products have been returned that cannot be remarketed as "new" given that they have been unsealed or opened from their original packaging and thus become perishable from the date of opening and may endanger the physical integrity of other CUSTOMERS in the event of remarketing of these products (this is the case of edible products or personal hygiene products as well as alcoholic beverages).

The following products will not be accepted for return, depending on their existence on the website at a given time (the list is not exhaustive):

  • The product or packaging identification labels are damaged or missing;
  • Products that show signs of wear and can no longer be marketed as "new";
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer;
  • Goods that are susceptible to deterioration or expire quickly and that are specially marked or signaled accordingly;
  • Goods which, after delivery, according to their nature and utility, are inseparably mixed with other elements or substances (including contact with air, as is the case with some personal hygiene products).

If it is found that the above-mentioned conditions are not met, the value of the returned products will not be paid by LEMO FUN to the CUSTOMER, and the package will be resent to the CUSTOMER, who will also bear the costs of reshipping the product/products.
